And yet another year passed by on the
Skeena Pacific Railway. January
2003 finds SD45 5493 at the head of the MOW (Maintenance of
Way) cut with plow and
track cars. No snow, so far, to plow, but high winds continue
to drop tree branches and debris and the plow has proven to
be very good at clearing the tracks. Here the train
approaches Meziadin Crossing. A steel CN caboose is the hack
at the back. |
And again the garden is dormant, dirt and grey, but commerce
continues with the Tank empties awaiting transfer north and
the MOW heading south. |
